- Do you test commercial wiring?
- Yes. A business has to keep its wiring safe, and an EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) is how it's checked. I do PAT testing for plug-in equipment too.
- Can you work for a shopfitter or main contractor?
- Yes. I work for builders and contractors as the electrician on site, as well as directly for businesses. The review on this page is from another electrician I've worked alongside.
- What is a sub-meter for?
- It measures the power one unit, tenant or machine uses, so each can be billed for, or keep an eye on, its own share.
